The next stop on the Euro Challenge calendar was Castelletto in Italy and Olli was once again on form during qualifying and the heats which helped him to 5th on the grid for Pre-Final.

Considering Olli had originally qualified out of the top ten did well to move forward throughout all three heats.

The Pre-Final itself was a very hectic one to begin with! Olli found himself having to get his elbows out more than once and a few crucial moves eventually left Olli in 4th
place when the race settled with a good chance of a top three finish.
Olli worked with 3rd place driver, Mark Kimber, which eventually led him to be in the fight for the lead come the end of the race. But with everyone defending, and with pressure behind, he was forced to settle for 4th.

Starting on the outside for the final proved slightly costly for Olli at the start as he was stuck on the outside for the first two corners which dropped him to 8th place. Although down in 8th Olli was at the back of a train that was stretching their legs over the rest of the field and with a long race ahead it was far from a disaster. But when it came to trying to pass competitors some were very forceful in their defence. In the end Olli was in a battle for 3rd and managed to get a place to finish 7th. Damage limitation.
